Events Tickets Refund Policy

If you are going to purchase tickets to an upcoming show or event, be sure to read up to read all the refund policies given below by Mall Management.

 

No Refund:

1- No refund will be offered, if you change your mind about going to the event.

2- If the Event is rescheduled for some reason, all purchases will be honored for the next event date.

3- If you can’t attend the event due to any major reason, you may transfer your purchased ticket to some other entity before the event according to ongoing event instructions.

 

Full Refund:

1- If the event is canceled due to any reason, event management’s issue, all Purchases will be refunded in full.

2- Full refund will only apply if you bought tickets directly from the mall ticket Counter.

 

Partial Refund (with Processing Fee):

1- If the event is canceled due to some sudden reasons like bad weather, security breach, or any Government notice, a partial refund of 90% will be offered to all ticket holders.

2- Partial 90% refund will only apply if you bought tickets directly from the mall ticket Counter.

 

Partial Refund (Third-party Sources):

1- If you bought E-tickets online through cod or direct bank purchase, a partial refund is offered after deducting 12% (processing fee, Cod Fee)

(Only if the event is canceled for any reason)
